Better than the Rest

5 Stars for sure.
This a solid Cell Phone Mount that secures very well either using the suction cup or included mount for the dashboard.
I love the way it is so simple, but works so perfectly.
I have tried others, more expensive mounts but this one is very well built and definately holds its own compared to them.
I like the way it folds up into such a compact form, it fits easily in a small travel bag, purse, cup holder etc.
The spring mechanism that holds the phone in place is very strong and will hold your phone or device in place no matter what.
The ball mechanism that allows you to rotate your phone around is very sturdy, and it didn't "travel" once I set it in place.
The 360 degree rotation clicker is also very sturdy and also did not "travel" while driving.
I can tell you the High-Temperature rating it boasts is another awesome feature. I have had other mounts in the car before, and sitting in the sun the suction tends to come undone and its hard to keep it attached. This mount doesn't do that.
What a perfect, clean, very well put together mount.
I am very satisifed and don't think I'll be needing another one of these for a long time.

Have you ever lost your GPS mount or cell phone holder?

Isn't it annoying when your GPS or cell phone slides around on your dash?
It goes right...then left...as you drive...cuz you lost the mounts/holders?
Or the mounts/holders broke? RrrRr.
Well i received this one as a bon voyage gift.
And it is indeed an Annoyance Calmer! Yes!
It holds my GPS well. My Garmin no longer scratches back and forth on the dash making rackety noises.
Have you ever found yourself TRYING to fish your cell phone from somewhere on the floor or from the cracks between the seats where your hand won't fit???
I've tried keeping the phone in a cup holder, but it often falls out, depending on the bumps and turns in the roads. (Curvy mountain country yes).
Now my crackberry stays securely in place:)
At this good price, i think i'll get one for my kiddo as she has just started driving her own car (yikes! - parents will understand what i mean).
Try one, you will be glad your cell or GPS doesn't keep falling in to your coffee...anymore... :)

universal. love. safety. convenient

I've had my mount for about 2 months now... didn't want to write a review until I knew it would hold up to the Texas heat and normal wear and tear of moving it from one car to another, etc.
After a couple of months of use, this cell phone car mount is excellent!
Here's why:
* it sticks like glue to the windshield (nice to know my cell phone is safe in the cradle)
* it comes with a permanent mount for convenient placement on the dashboard
* it's really easy to pop the phone in/out of the mount
* it swivels in ANY direction, and STAYS there beautifully
* it's well built
* it's super easy to mount (moving it from my car to my wife's car is super simple)
Shipping was lighting fast... Oh yeah, just one thing: when I received it, I opened up the package and the box it came in wasn't familiar (had weird image printed on it that confused me) and didn't look like it would contain the mount, but once I opened the box, it was obvious what it was.
In a nutshell, it just works like it SHOULD. I mean seriously, seems too often that when I buy some simple solution on Amazon that they don't work like they should...
Refreshing that something this simple does EXACTLY what it's supposed to... like you would THINK it should.
I am going to get one for my wife's car so I don't have to think or remember to move it when I'm using her car. The price is right and it's a proven product!
